Since I was old enough to pick up a pan I have been passionate about food. For over twenty years I have enjoyed cooking and serving people in restaurants and hotels all over the country including New York City, Seattle, Nantucket and Boston. For the last ten years I have called Vail my home. From the first time I saw the Rockies, I have had a love for these majestic mountains, the friendly people of the area and all of the exciting activities that the Vail Valley offers. I now share that love with my wonderful wife Sandra and new daughter Avalynn.
Through my company of Home Chefs of Vail, I have the opportunity to let others enjoy the culinary delights I create. I am dedicated to putting Rocky Mountain Cuisine on the map by utilizing Colorado farms and ranches. Using local ingredients, the delicious Rocky Mountain flavors shine through in our dishes.
